Owned April 2003-July 2006
Our 1st home was between Downtown Las Vegas & the Strip just off LV Blvd. I had seen the house a few years earlier & pined after it then. Imagine my surprise when my (then future) husband & I drove by it on a whim & it was FSBO! We made an offer & they took it--no realtors involved at all. When we bought it the entire home was original to the 1942 date it was built...kitchen, roof, electrical, etc. We remodeled & updated it for 3 years and then decided to get out of Vegas (we had 1 child & another on the way)! We sold it FSBO to the first couple that walked through it. It was definitely a learning experience but wonderful.

Eventually I'll add process & before photos...But in the meantime here are "After" pictures. This was just after the moving company taken all our furniture & boxes to move to Denver.

Living Room (Scraped off wallpaper, popcorn ceilings, patched water damage, refinished the floors & painted every surface)
Living Room (Painted even the brick fireplace surround & the built in shelving nooks)
Living Room (That curtain rod is a plumbing pipe w/ finials added-it was a 12' window & I could not find a rod long enough)
Dining Room (Scraped off wallpaper & popcorn ceilings, replaced chandelier, painted every surface & refinished the floors after ripping out the carpet).
Dining Room (Added window treatments on windows & doors that lead out to patio)
