After 4 years of casual looking I came across this house on a whim...it was in the neighborhood I dreamed of moving but was out of reach. We lucked out on finding someone who wanted out & wanted out badly so it was barely in our price range. We made an offer the first weekend it was on the market. That weekend he got 4 offers...We won :o)
